An entire office moved. Ready for Monday.

Starting Friday, Backup Failed Solutions relocated 16 employee workstations with dual monitors, document scanners, VoIP phones, and printers, coordinating cabling contractors and vendors along the way.

We installed and configured a firewall, managed switch, four wireless access points, and a 25U rack with battery backup and patch panels. Separate networks serve staff, phones, guests, and management.

The office opened on schedule Monday with minimal interruption. We stayed on-site through the first day to help staff and resolve minor printing issues, and continue to provide ongoing IT support.

A complete camera system.

Backup Failed Solutions installed five 4K IP cameras to support property monitoring and crime deterrence, handling mounting, cabling, network configuration, recording setup, and authorized remote viewing.

The cameras operate on a separate network, with multi-terabyte storage configured for 30-day recording retention.

We tested recording and playback and walked the client through using the system.
